いかなんんこつ（国産）、食塩、いか肝臓、みりん、砂糖、こんぶエキス/ソルビトール、酒精、調味料（アミノ酸等）、pH調整剤、増粘剤（キサンタンガム）、（一部にいかを含む）
軟骨だけにコリコリしている食感が何とも言えません。
また塩辛本来の味わいも絶妙で、ご飯が進むこと間違いなしです。
日本酒や焼酎、白ワインにも合い飲み過ぎ注意なおつまみになります。
塩辛にしては大容量の500gです。
冷凍なので日持ちは1年近くあります。
冷凍でも食べたい分だけ解答が可能です。
最初は、ハサミで入口を切り、食べたい分だけ包丁、フォークなどでも切り取れます。
それ以外は、すぐに輪ゴム等で縛ってジップロック等に入れて冷凍保存してください。
