若狭名産の鯛、中でも特に連子鯛と呼ばれる体長8～10cmほどの小さな小鯛を三枚におろし、酢と塩などでしめた福井県の名産です。
酸味と甘さを兼ね備えた風味豊かな味わいをお楽しみ頂けます。
醤油やワサビ醤油などをつけても美味しく召し上れます。
